She went to a few dance classes in the evening. Walks the dog every day. Goes with us to grocery shopping and farmers market. She made graham crackers and helped prepare meals. She doesn’t say she is better. She doesn’t say Ketamine works. But we see a difference. She is still very depressed. But it seems the ketamine is pushing up her baseline with every treatment."

"I had my fifth infusion yesterday. Again, my friend came with me, the doc started me with anti-nausea meds, and it was a benign experience. Honestly, much of it was pleasant this time. I recovered quickly again and felt in reasonably good spirits. Last night, my ex-girlfriend and I argued a little bit about the speed with which I’m finding a new place, so I started feeling depressed, but it was manageable. (Although we are broken up, we continue to live together until I can find a new apartment.) So given the fact that I am able to function rather well despite my heartache and the urgency with which I have to find a new apartment, I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that ketamine is working for me."
